I found Mindvalley earlier this year during a quest to find peace from within when chaos took over the World. The quest was to find me again and to find peace within me. Each lecture on Mindvalley spoke volumes. I joined Holobody to educate and transform my life and to have that fire in me to touch other people's lives. Ronan, Vishen, Toma, Sid were extraordinary teachers during this quest to whom I owe so much gratitude. Ronan with his generosity in sharing his knowledge, his exuberance, kindness and his passion which is quite contagious. The program is effective, organized, stimulating, honest and unbiased. Today, I am able to find peace in the midst of chaos, sleeping better with improved nutrition and making time to exercise and most importantly, finding "me time". I do see the glimmer of light, the endless possibilities for anyone. Be kind to yourself.
