"This HoloBody Course showed me a different learning approach"

The reason I enrolled in the HoloBody and 10X Certification was the 10X Quest, which I started in January 2021. I have a sports background (Tennis Coach) but I was never motivated to go to the gym and spend a lot of time there. 10X changed my life. Now, I cannot wait for my 15-20min gym sessions! Looking back, I was bored to death in school with the traditional way of teaching. This HoloBody Course showed me a different learning approach, which I hope will be used in schools all over the world as soon as possible. As an introvert, the coaching course at the beginning of the program had a big impact on my life. People told me that they really feel connected and at ease when talking to me now.

P.S. I don't wanna share my starting picture before 10X, because there are no muscles visible :-)
