"This journey inspires me to integrate the Holobody content in such a way that I can bring this freedom to others"

I came to the Holobody Certification program with the intention of growing my skillset as a coach and I got SO MUCH MORE than I ever anticipated! Despite the certification process taking three months, there were many times I was overwhelmed with the content and, at times, I was unable to keep up. Regardless, I know I am a different person coming out the other side even though I wasn't able to complete every task perfectly.

Where my greatest growth came from was really getting to know myself and love and appreciate myself based on my life journey as opposed to evaluating myself based on someone else's or society's expectation. I feel freer, more anchored in what I know is right for me without so many critical voices streaming through my head.
