“Direction creates calm, while perfection creates anxiety”
After surviving a brain haemorrhage and years of putting others first, she discovered that direction creates calm while perfection creates anxiety. This insight helped her transform her relationship with herself and fulfill her dream of publishing a book about her healing journey.
# From Surviving to Living with Intention Before beginning Lifebook, I had already been through many significant life experiences, including a difficult relationship, a brain haemorrhage, and the journey of rebuilding myself personally and professionally. For years, I focused on caring for others and meeting responsibilities. On the outside, I appeared resilient, but inside I often felt I was surviving rather than truly living. I also carried the pressure of believing everything had to be perfect before I could feel fulfilled. Lifebook helped me step back and look at my life as a whole. One of my biggest insights was that **direction creates calm, while perfection creates anxiety**. I realized I didn't have to change everything at once. I simply needed a clear vision and the courage to take one meaningful step at a time. The greatest transformation has been my relationship with myself. I have become more compassionate, more accepting, and more trusting of my own path. This shift has strengthened me both personally and professionally as a clinical hypnotherapist and life coach. It has also given me the confidence to fulfill a lifelong dream of publishing my book, *If Not Now, When? From My Healing to Yours*, where I share my healing journey to inspire others. I recommend Lifebook and also mastering Hypnotherapy and become a Life Coach because it helps you move beyond simply setting goals. It gives you a framework to create a life that is intentional, balanced, and aligned with who you truly want to become. For me, the greatest lesson was that an extraordinary life isn't built through perfection, it is built through awareness, self-compassion, and taking consistent steps toward the life you truly want.
