I signed up for the Mindvalley Certified Hypnosis programme quietly, almost privately. As a television and radio presenter in South Africa, I use my voice every day. I communicate for a living. So on the first group call with Paul McKenna, a very real thought crossed my mind: what am I doing here, and is this actually for me?
