“I cleared so much within myself and my relationships”
After divorce and near-burnout while caring for two children with Asperger's, Myanne discovered hypnotherapy through Mindvalley. The transformation helped clear deep patterns within herself and heal relationships with her children, partner, and friends.
Before this program I worked as a practitioner and teacher. I have had my own company for 15 years, but after a divorce, I had to reevent my life. After the divorce in 2022, my system became overwhelmed by the entire situation of being alone with two children, both of whom have Asperger’s syndrom. I was close to burning out from stress, but then I discovered Mindvalley and Poul McKenna’s 21-Days "Everyday Bliss" program. It completely reset my system, and I immediately knew that I needed to learn more.
I already have several tools at my disposal, as I have always been curious and love learning. In 2005, I completed the TFT training with Roger Callahan, and I have also pursued further education in trauma management, and over 20 years of woring with, and teaching Reiki energi.
After the Everyday Bliss program, I attended one of Mindvalley’s weekend summits, where Poul McKenna did a hypnosis demonstration. It may have lasted only 4–5 minutes, but it completely removed my craving for chocolate. A few days later, I enrolled in the "Mindvalley Certified Hypnotherapist" program. It was simply a call, that I could not ignore. I have not regretted it for a single second.
I have cleared so many things—not only within myself, but also with my children, my partner, and friends along the way. I love being able to combine hypnosis with energy work. It is an absolutely brilliant combination that I love and feel deeply grateful to have access to. I am full time employed at the company 21-5.com, and use all skills every day.
