Regina discovered powerful tools through Paul McKenna's hypnotherapy course that transformed how they support parents, children, and staff. The techniques now help them manage real-life challenges while remembering to care for themselves first.
I have been a client of Mindvalley for 15 years and I love the variety of courses and experts they have available on the platform. The most recent coaching course I have undertaken is the Mindvalley Certified Hypnotherapist course with the amazing Paul Mc Kenna. Working with parents, children, and a large number of staff I sometimes have to manage real-life situations and support others and this course has given me knowledge, techniques, and a toolbox to choose from to support myself and others to manage life challenges. I would compare this to the advice I get on a flight,- “putt your own mask on first and then support others where required” I would highly recommend the course for self-development and to those whose career involves coaching or support services. Be the difference that makes the difference.
