"Now, I no longer have my vertigo, fear of needles, no longer gag when I eat slimy foods"

Quick summary

After losing her best friend and struggling with chronic pain and insomnia, Sarah used self-hypnosis to transform her life. She eliminated her vertigo and fear of needles, doubled her sleep, and significantly reduced pain-related wake-ups.

Before taking this course, I was a pretty happy go lucky person, but when my mom/best friend passed away things changed and my sleep went from 7+ hours to only 3-4 hours a night depending on pain levels of various injuries I had and when i would wake up, it would take almost an hour to fall back asleep. I started getting lots of injuries which made it more difficult to keep a daily routine.

During the course, I did lots of self-hypnosis to alleviate the list of things that were making things difficult in my life. Most weeks I did at least 3 days of self-hypnosis as well as both labs and sessions with others outside the labs.

Now, I no longer have my vertigo, fear of needles, no longer gag when I eat slimy foods, am currently getting 6+ hours of sleep and only wake up maybe once a night instead of every hour or 1.5 hours. My torn muscles on 1 rotor cuff and torn ligament on the other made it hard to stay asleep more than 2 hours at a time, but all the work I did now allows me to sleep at least 4 hours before any pain wakes me up, but most importantly I can go back to sleep quicker.

I know there is more, but I have had so many little things that were done too that I cannot recall at this moment. I am absolutely grateful for this course and very glad I chose this as my first coaching course.
