"The content was fascinating"

The reason I joined this program was to become more confident. The content was fascinating and I looked forward to the weekly calls with Paul - I will miss those.

Interestingly, the most notable shifts came in dealing with anxiety and fear. Two years ago I had a home invasion and there are times when I feel like those people are walking around my house. I don't sleep well. I'm not sure exactly when it happened, but I haven't been seeing those guys lately!

That is something I hadn't even considered when I signed up but I'm so grateful it happened!
