"The Hypnotherapy work has kicked things up a notch in terms of confidence and performance for me"
I am a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist. I work in an integrative way, bringing together Biomechanical, Biodynamic, and Fascial Unwinding Craniosacral techniques. I tailor therapy sessions to each client’s needs, drawing from my background in multiple healing, movement and meditation modalities, as well as trauma therapy and psychology. I work through a ‘whole person’ lens, integrating other healing modalities with Craniosacral Therapy. Treatments create deep rest & healing in the body, mind & spirit.
I trained as a Hypnotherapist with Paul McKenna, finding that this strong tool can be used for change and to assist healing. In my Craniosacral Therapy work, I supports clients in their healing journeys over a wide range of issues and goals. I have a passion for mothers and babies, helping them through pregnancy, birth and the early years. I specialises in Pre and Perinatal psychology, and birth trauma, which can be the experience of a newborn, child, the parents, or someone of any age. What I discovered during the Hypnotherapy training was that this was a tool for supporting me in personal development as a therapist. The Hypnotherapy work has kicked things up a notch in terms of confidence and performance for me, and because of that exciting benefit, I absolutely sense the application for clients outside of and alongside my Craniosacral Therapy practice.
