"The live labs embedded the learning in a way that stuck, and the ongoing support made transformation feel safe and sustainable"
I came to hypnotherapy looking for relief, not a new direction in life. I had been using Paul McKenna’s Everyday Bliss programme to help manage chronic vestibular migraine, and it was the first thing that gave me a genuine sense of control over my nervous system. That curiosity led me into the hypnotherapy training, and week by week something unexpected happened. As I practised with fellow students, friends, family, and through self hypnosis, I grew stronger. Not just mentally, but physiologically. My migraines became more manageable, my mindset shifted, and I built real confidence in my ability to regulate my body and emotions rather than fear them.
What made the experience exceptional was how Paul McKenna, Tina Taylor, and Steve Crabb taught. They broke down complex ideas with total clarity, grounding everything in real world application, science, and practice. The live labs embedded the learning in a way that stuck, and the ongoing support made transformation feel safe and sustainable. Seeing hypnotherapy work on me, repeatedly and measurably, changed everything. I now know, firsthand, that change is possible at a deep level, and that belief has empowered me to help others navigate whatever shift they need to make in their own lives. This training did not just give me tools. It gave me trust in myself, confidence in the process, and a genuine sense of purpose moving forward.
