After contracting COVID, my health declined and I lost my job as the result of it .Shortly after, I experienced the devastating loss of my father. While navigating grief, I also came to the realization that a close relationship in my life lacked the emotional safety and support I believed it had. These events unfolded simultaneously, creating an overwhelming emotional and mental burden. Despite these challenges, I found the strength to build a wellness business—Epiros Wellness—in honor of my father’s legacy. With no formal business background, I entered entrepreneurship driven by purpose, resilience, and strong family values rooted in my Albanian heritage. While I outwardly persevered, internally I was experiencing deep emotional, mental, and physical burnout. At a pivotal moment, guided largely by intuition, I discovered Mindvalley’s Hypnotherapy Certification. Financially, it was a significant decision, but intuitively, it felt necessary. Enrolling without hesitation proved to be one of the most meaningful choices I have made.
