The skills being taught to help others were just as useful to me.
Tammy transformed procrastination and self-neglect into a thriving practice. Through nightly self-hypnosis and skills meant for helping others, they broke free from old patterns and finally started prioritizing their own goals.
Before this program, I had several self-defeating habits. Procrastination, disorganization, and undervaluing myself. I found myself volunteering my time to others, so much that I was not accomplishing my own goals. When I started the class, I found the skills being taught to help others were just as useful to me. When nightly self-hypnosis began making obvious changes in my life, it was apparent to everyone! Friends, family, neighbors, and even old co-workers were cheering me on because I finally got out of the rut I had been living in and started my own practice. I can honestly say I love my new boss!
