"The transformation is empowering I like myself and I love the journey I am on"

Quick summary

Once a self-described hermit who consumed information without applying it, Maria discovered the power of practice through group connection. The transformation left them empowered, self-accepting, and in love with their journey.

Before this course I used to get information but not apply it, during the course I had to practice with groups of people that now I call my friends, not bad for a hermit. The transformation is empowering I like myself and I love the journey I am on.

Thanks.
