Now equipped to address both physical and mental health in patients
After retraining as a physiotherapist, Sarah felt limited treating only symptoms. Through this program, she gained tools to address the mindset behind physical health, transforming both her practice and silencing her own inner critic.
This was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
Having recently returned to further education and re-trained as a physiotherapist, I was frustrated and, if I'm honest, disappointed with the limited care I could provide for my patients. It seemed I was just treating the symptoms and not sorting out the cause. It quickly became clear to me that mindset plays a massive role in people's physical health and that this was what I needed to focus on.
Thanks to this program, I have gained the skills and knowledge to quickly and efficiently help people live their best lives. Relieving anxiety, stress overwhelm, compulsions, and phobias and helping people overcome limiting beliefs, set goals, and improve their lives is, I believe, the way to address both physical and mental health. I now feel as though I'm properly equipped to make a real difference in the lives of others.
On a personal level, this training has been life-changing. Applying these skills to my crazy brain has relieved me of my persistent inner critic, given my focus, and enabled me to have much more clarity and confidence in everything I do. It is such a relief to have resources that I know work!
