Reconnected with myself and discovered my true calling in leadership

Before enrolling in the Mindvalley Certified Life Coach program, I was living at a very fast pace. As a Retail Director, I had recently relocated to France, balancing the demands of a leadership role while adapting to a new culture, language, and way of life. Although I have always approached my work with passion and dedication, I had started to feel disconnected from the industry and no longer fully aligned with the work I was doing. Joining the program reignited something within me. It brought back a sense of enthusiasm and happiness that I had been missing and reconnected me with a part of myself I had been quietly neglecting for years. I have been leading teams since I was 25, and throughout my career, people naturally came to me for guidance, support, and perspective. As an empath with strong intuition, I have always been able to recognize the potential in others, often before they could see it themselves. Without realizing it, I had been acting as a mentor, counselor, and trusted advisor long before I knew what professional coaching truly was. Discovering coaching was a genuine "aha" moment. It helped me understand that my leadership style had always been rooted in empowering people rather than simply managing performance. I realized I didn't want to leave leadership behind—I wanted to evolve it. My vision is to become a leader who coaches, creating environments where people feel seen, challenged, and inspired to grow into their fullest potential. Graduating as a Mindvalley Certified Life Coach is more than earning a certification. It is the beginning of a journey that feels deeply aligned with who I am and how I want to contribute to the lives of others. Today, my mission is to help people reconnect with their own potential, lead with authenticity, and create meaningful change—from the inside out. I believe that when we feel aligned with who we truly are, success becomes not only achievable, but deeply fulfilling.
