"By developing advanced coaching skills, I aim to foster growth, confidence, and clarity in those I coach"
An HR Director and father of two, Gayan pursued coaching certification to amplify his impact on others' lives. By developing advanced coaching skills, he aims to create fulfilling experiences while deepening his own sense of purpose and contribution.
As a 40-year-old Human Resource professional, entrepreneur, and father of two, my journey has always centered on a deep passion for serving others and a commitment to both personal and professional growth. Enrolling in a coaching qualification program is a natural progression for me, reflecting my desire to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those I work with and support.
My experience as an HR Director has shown me the transformative power of guidance, encouragement, and positive communication in helping individuals achieve their potential. Coaching offers a structured and impactful way to extend this support, allowing me to empower others as they navigate their own growth and challenges.
I am motivated by the opportunity to start working as a coach, where I can create fulfilling experiences—not only for my clients, but also for myself. This path aligns with my values and my life purpose: to serve, inspire, and help others thrive. By developing advanced coaching skills, I aim to foster growth, confidence, and clarity in those I coach, while also deepening my own sense of fulfillment and contribution.
