"CLC improved my private and working communication ability!"

CLC improved my private and working communication ability! Probably the biggest influence in my life is that I am accomplishing even more often, what generally people take as impossible. Just two short stories from this month:

I was flying to the USA with my professors and doctors. One of my doctors applies twice for the ESTA. Twice he was refused. The system gave him time for a personal meeting at the local embassy nearly 2 months later. We need to leave for the scientific congress in 2 days. To make a long story very short. Nobody believed it could be possible, and finally, I discover the way, that he join us in the USA only one day later.

Currently in one country where we are operating, we were out of stock with one of the oncology products, for the oncology patients already on treatment. Nobody gave me the chance to resolve it, because of the regulation and processes in the country from which I wanted to organise the export.. Also this particular product was not allowed to export from this country because of the shortage. Finally, I got not only exceptions from the country regulator and Ministry of the Health, but they even broke their processes and gave us permission even earlier, than it was in their regulation. It was very nice to see hoe people are unified to help others in case of life prolonging-saving.

I believe that these impossible situations also happened because CLC gave me a bonus, I am a better listener with big humility, and a willingness to understand other people too.
