Before this program I had just accepted a role as a director of sales in the company I had been a salesperson for. I had made the decision to jump out and start my own business as a Certified Financial Planner, then was offered the new position. In that transitional time for my life, I wasn't very clear about the direction I wanted to go in, about what I wanted to build, about how I wanted to take this next chapter - but I did know I was now mostly a professional coach without a coaching background, and I needed to level up quickly.

Thanks to this program I've been able to find deeper impact with my team, helped them unlock new mindset mastery, new perspective, and find real results as well.

Now, I've got a lot of clarity around what I want to do with my team, how I want to lead and deepen their development, how I can call them to their highest potential so that we can all win in the mission we're on as a company. This will of course benefit me in the short term - I am viewing my position as a prime learning ground for the kind of business I had already planned to go create. I get to be paid to learn and create alongside some great people for a season or a chapter. I'm very grateful to be where I am and to have the luxury of clarity.
