Had an absolutely magical impact on me!

When I joined Mindvalley, I was already a coach. It was curiosity, both for the tools and the cohorts I would get to meet and learn from that got me registered for the CLC program. I had heard about the 6 phase meditation tool that was supposedly magical. And it sure was/is.

Before I started this part of the program, I had a challenge with forgiveness, especially forgiving myself. And given that I have spent half a century on this planet, there was a lot to forgive! I would indulge in a lot of self-talk that really was self-bashing and as a result, lose sleep, be lethargic, and struggle to keep an even temper. This was telling on my coaching work as well.

But the 1st encounter with this tool had an absolutely magical impact on me. While the guidance was to choose something small and easy to forgive, I chose myself and my stupid behaviors of the past as a test case. While the initial sessions ended up in tears, I am now able to visualize hugging my old self. I sure am more calm and even-tempered and am less hard on myself. A truly magical transformation
