My coaching approach is very different and more effective

Hello, Before this program I was already coaching people; family, friends, co-workers, etc. From their feedback I can say that I have made positive contributions to their lives. Recently, I was asked by my boss to get certified so that I could continue coaching others for the company I work for, on an official basis. I researched several companies who offer the certification classes. I chose Mindvalley. I was honestly not expecting to learn that much given the years of my own research and learning but I was wrong. I learned a great deal, particularly about asking the right questions and allowing people to get there on their own, to tap into their consciousness rather than feeling like I needed to give them the answers. Since starting this class, I can honestly say my approach is very different and more effective. I very much look forward to corking with clients and seeing their transformation.
