Rupa transformed from coaching with uncertainty to leading with confidence and clarity. They now skillfully guide clients to discover their own direction, feeling empowered by both the program and a supportive community of fellow coaches.
Before this program, I was coaching with less clarity & confidence. After the program, I find myself more confident. I have clarity in terms of how to work with specific clients. As a coach, I feel better prepared and have plans outlined. I also feel ready to customize the plan according to the client's needs. My biggest takeaway from this program is asking questions in a manner so the client starts finding his own direction. I feel grateful to be part of this journey and to find a circle of folks who are enriching each other's lives as well. I feel empowered and ready to shine bright.
