I already took a class on life coaching before this program but I never really started practicing it, much less getting paid for it. During this program, I learned new techniques and skills but also special attitudes to embody during the sessions with clients, which made me feel much more confident and, above all, PRESENT in the now. Now I have the clarity of mind and the tools to start my own business in breath coaching.
