Training as a life coach after a decade guiding teenagers through personal growth
After witnessing her parents' transformation at age 10, she dedicated over a decade to youth development work. Now training as a life coach, she uses Mindvalley's frameworks to help adolescents discover themselves and unlock their potential.
I grew up watching my parents go through a personal development program when I was 10, and something in me shifted just from witnessing their transformation. I knew I wanted that for myself.
That experience led me to spend over a decade working alongside adolescents in personal growth programs, first as a participant, then as apart of the staff. Seeing teenagers discover who they are, build confidence, and reconnect with their families became my purpose.
Today I am training as a life coach, and Mindvalley has been a key part of my own growth along the way. The tools and frameworks I found here gave me a deeper understanding of human potential that I now bring into my work with young people every day.
I believe that when an adolescent learns to know themselves, everything changes. That is the work I am here to do.
