I have found my anchor again in why I do this, and the course was pivotal in helping me to do that!
Martinus, a psychologist with a busy practice, had slipped into autopilot and lost sight of why they became a therapist. The course helped them rediscover their purpose, reignite their presence with clients, and gain practical tools that are already creating breakthroughs.
As a psychologist, with an already busy private practice, I was nonetheless at a point where I felt my approach had grown somewhat stale. It had nothing to do with my knowledge or the tools I had at my disposal; it may have been that I'd lost sight of the "why" I do what I do, causing me to slip into a kind of autopilot state in which I was not as present with my clients as I should have been. The Mindvalley course reacquainted me with the fundamentals, in a way that felt new and fresh, of being present, of listening, of taking a step back, and reminding myself that these sessions are not about me and my performance, but rather about my client. Being reminded of this has reinvigorated me. Not to mention that the course also offered some pragmatic, future-oriented tools that I now employ in my sessions and which have already yielded breakthroughs with some of my clients. I have found my anchor again in why I do this, and the course was pivotal in helping me to do that.
