"I have learnt to self-coach, discover my purpose, bring awareness to my bad habits and seek behavioural change"
Razna transformed from a burned-out, anxious mother stuck in career exhaustion to someone who discovered their purpose and inner peace. Through self-coaching techniques, they gained the awareness and tools to create a calmer, more fulfilling life while becoming present for what truly matters.
(Ajit Evercoach & Vishen Mindvalley )has had in my life...but I will attempt it! They are the mentors I wish I had in real life and I was stoked to be able to ask them a question on a live call :)
Before this program... I felt career burnout, my immunity was low, I was an exhausted mother to a toddler, I felt anxious and stressed out easily and always busy and switched on and blaming everyone else for my pitfalls, arguing every day.
I invested lots of money, time and effort to excel in my 1o yr + marketing career but I never invested in self-development beyond books, podcasts and YouTube videos - and this course has taught me more about myself than I believe any therapist or coach would have been able to help me with!
I was searching for purpose and peace within myself and Certified Life Coach gave me the self-awareness I needed..at the time I needed it the most!
Thanks to this program I have learnt to self-coach, discover my purpose, bring awareness to my bad habits and seek behavioural change and have the techniques to be able to live a fulfilling and abundant life and hopefully support others as a coach.
And now my life is...calmer, has more clarity, more fulfilling. I am more present, and a better listener, whilst using meditation practice daily to visualise my future self and control my inner thoughts and relax my mind, body and soul.
Each week I look forward to connecting with my peers via coaching labs and through the live calls and it really rivals any university degree ...its an EverLife degree!!
