"I learned to know and love myself"

The Life Coach certification program has been an amazing, self reflective journey for me. I joined this program assuming I am going get a certificate to add to my credentials and hang that as tag as a suffix to my name. Being a Psychologist I was over confident that this program is going to be a piece of cake and it just needs me to follow all modules and do the assessments and I am ready. I was clueless what I am getting into. During the last 4 months journey I learned to know myself, love myself and think about me as an existing being. This program gave me lenses to look at own life, my surroundings, nature, nature's beings with compassion, gratitude and forgiveness. This program was like a therapy for me. I learned that I can change and bring changes in others too. I have always helped young adults, parents, families in my role as as an educational psychologist, that was only in a therapeutical manner addressing the problem. I haven't reflected the holistic growth and development part in it. This program made me realize that I am not alone in this world who have self doubts, have been vulnerable, has past unhealed wounds, have challenges of trust,........ etc etc etc. I am sure I am going to be a successful Life coach, in the same way I am 1000000000000000% confident that I will find my peace and love. I will be have abundance to give to needed. I'll have supported and touched many living souls positively.
