"I love it, it is so simple, yet so powerful"
Kelly discovered that guiding others to find their own answers is more powerful than giving advice. This simple shift transformed how they connect with everyone, creating deeper, more meaningful conversations.
I have always been a person who attracts those in need of guidance, or just someone to give time to listen to them. Before this program, I relied intuitively on the advice to gave. This program quickly taught me that I might have one or two good answers for people, but they have ALL of the answers, and that it is better received if I guide them into finding it themselves. Just this alone has greatly changed the dynamic of my conversations (with everyone!). I love it, it is so simple, yet so powerful.
Thanks to the wonderful like-minded coaches who shared this journey with me, all the way through I felt at home, and safe to try and grow. Thank you wonderful souls. You are all AMAZING!
