"I now have greater insight into the client's situations"
Dan transformed their alcohol cessation program by gaining deeper insight into clients' experiences. Through this training, they developed stronger coaching abilities to guide people through their journey to sobriety with greater understanding and effectiveness.
Before this programme I helped people to stop drinking alcohol through an own developed stop drinking online programme. It was going well but I needed more and this programme provided that. I now have greater insight into the client's situations and am in a much better place to coach and mentor them through their struggle to stop drinking alcohol.
