After realizing his fulfillment came from helping others reach their potential, Will found the course invaluable for learning diverse coaching techniques and building a supportive community as he launches his coaching business.
Earlier this year I took time to evaluate my career and work out why I was not feeling fulfilled. Once I’d identified that the common theme linking the most enjoyable parts of my life has been helping others to identify and then get closer to realising their full potential, the direction for me to take was obvious - I need to spend more time contributing to others through coaching.
The main value of this course has been highlighting the many different coaching techniques and helping me build a highly supportive community to develop and practice my coaching skills while I build my coaching business alongside my business consulting.
