After 18 years as a coach and numerous international training courses, Teresa found this program to be the most structured and easy to follow. The global labs and weekly calls gave them fresh perspectives that made the investment worthwhile.
I have been a coach for over 18 years and have taken various international training courses for coaches; however, this has been the most structured easy to follow program I have seen. I really enjoyed the labs and the weekly coaching calls. 16 weeks of being with different people from around the world and seeing how the think different; however, they are very much the same in their disciplines, habits, processes and challenges. It gave me a different perspective especially when I had the opportunity to coach, be the coachee and then the observer. It was well worth the investment in time, effort and money.
