"The limitless mindset and the supportive community in this program were key"

Quick summary

Sureka left corporate banking to align her work with her values. After completing the Quest, she earned her Life Coach certification and launched her Sri Lankan soul-food restaurant within four weeks—empowered by a limitless mindset and supportive community.

Before this Quest, my life was in transition. After spending 12 years in the corporate banking world, I had stepped away to explore how I could align my work more deeply with my values — around people, purpose, and meaningful impact.

I enrolled in this Quest to build the skills and confidence to support others through change — just as I was navigating my own. I wanted to transform my natural empathy and intuition into a professional coaching practice.

After completing the Quest, I feel empowered, focused, and ready. Not only did I earn my Life Coach certification, but — to my own surprise — I also launched Panam – Roti & Soulfood, my Sri Lankan soul-food restaurant, within just four weeks. I’m incredibly proud of this achievement. It reflects how much I’ve grown, not just as a coach, but as a creator.

The limitless mindset and the supportive community in this program were key. Being surrounded by people who think big and lead from the heart gave me the courage to trust my vision and take bold action.

The biggest changes I’ve noticed are in how I think, how I show up, and how I now create spaces that connect people — through food, through conversation, and through coaching.
