"The MindValley course inspired me to pursue this path seriously and gave me the confidence to launch as a life coach in 2024"

Before the program, I worked in the international public health field - helping to design and manage programs to combat infectious diseases in Southeast Asia, with a focus on HIV, malaria, and Tuberculosis. I have followed a professional path of supporting international aid programs, helping to build the systems and local capacity in developing countries to address those major pandemics, and coordinating complex programs between local governments, NGOs, communities, and external donor agencies. Born in Poland, naturalized American, a long-term expatriate resident in Asia (Cambodia, India, and now Thailand) - following ten international moves - wife, mother, divorcee, dancer, fitness lover, avid traveler, and amateur cook - Inga reinvented herself multiple times through many chapters and challenging turns in her life. Having recently transitioned from full-time work to part-time consulting, she was exposed to some coaching and it resonated very deeply. The MindValley course inspired her to pursue this path seriously and gave her the confidence to launch as a life coach in 2024 to assist mature professional expatriate women as they maneuver through the trials and tribulations of their exciting, fulfilling, and eventful lives.
