"The program gave me many practical tools that will help me to make a bigger impact"
Ruby felt caught between worlds and doubted meditation could reach beyond privileged circles. Through the Life Coach program, she gained practical tools and newfound confidence to restructure her offerings and make a bigger impact.
Before the Mindvalley Life Coach program, I was an outcast from the tech, finance, and media communities which I spent many years of my life serving. On the other hand, I was not exactly the perfect fit for the spiritual communities I have spent 17 years of my life serving. I had access to Chinese women in difficult marriages and obscured young people with relating issues to the opposite sex and their parents, but I felt that I was meant to do so much more. I wanted to teach meditation to EVERYONE, and I wanted people to see, feel, and experience that most of their problems would dissolve if they could develop more presence and awareness. What stopped me was a belief that most people prefer a quick fix and that therapy and meditation are only for a very limited number of people who have the luxury of money and time to follow the work I was able to provide. That was not just my personal belief, it was also reinforced by the spiritual communities I was involved with and the rich and privileged people around me. A lot of things Ajit and Fran have shared from their personal development and journey changed my perspective, and I am now able to let go of many doubts about how I do my work and who I can approach. The program gave me many practical tools that will help me to make a bigger impact. I am now much more confident and have more clarity on how to restructure my offerings to reach more people.
