This program has made me become a “better version of me” in a short amount of time. I would never have guessed I could grow and develop with such ease, joy and confidence and so profoundly and courageously in a journey that started out with strangers, many of whom are now good friends. In some circles, we’ve called ourselves “sisters.” What a blessing! And of course the guidance from Ajit, Vishen, Fran, Johanna and Sid are just topnotch. The way the online course modules were designed, developed, presented and implemented made the learning experience flowing and inspiring. There were always nuggets of wisdom I took with me every time I opened a module, joined the Q&A live event with Ajit, attended the mentor/coach in the labs, and engaged with my classmates in the coaching pods. I can honestly say I’m a much better human being now and a much better coach as I have been witness to authenticity of self, of purpose, of meaning (list goes on) from the people I engaged with (e.g., Ajit, mentors) and classmates who are in different stages of their personal and professional quests, after only 4 months doing the CLC! It may sound corny, but it’s all true.
