"This was an amazing journey with the best learning environment available"

My major takeaway from this course was the Law of Resonance which states that the frequency of your thoughts, emotions, and experiences will attract similar things in the outside world that are vibrating at the same frequency. In other words, the Universe doesn’t give you what you want, it gives you what you believe you are. So the key to getting what you want is first to gain clarity of what you want so you can shift your identity (i.e., raise your level of frequency) to attract what you want.

The Certified Life Coach program provided the tools required to achieve just that! It provided instruction on how to organize your mind, shift your identity, and learn how to connect and find your living purpose. The “3 Most Important Questions” and “Lofty Questions” tools were my absolute favorite. Those tools helped me to gain more clarity and really shift my perspective to reverse engineer the life I want by understanding the difference between means and end goals. By understanding your end goals you are able to map out the steps necessary to shift your identity allowing you to move that needle a little each day to ensure you are on the right track towards achieving those end goals. The great thing is that as you are on your journey and exposed to new opportunities you are able to use these tools so that your end goals evolve as you learn more.

This was an amazing journey with the best learning environment available that incorporates online course material and live collaboration with the content authors, program coaches, and other classmates as well.
