"Today I am more self-confident, and more courageous"

My name is Monica, I am Romanian but I live and work in India for six years. I am a Visual Anthropologist, a documentary filmmaker, and a LIFE COACH. In 2019 I was defeated by life. My beloved sister died of an autoimmune disease. So I asked myself: how do I start over? I immediately understood that the moment would be the beginning of a profound transformation. For a long time I remained in a state of reflection, of thinking about myself, about my life. But I soon realized that the only salvation was to START acting. So it followed a period in which I resumed photography, filming and editing documentaries, visiting rural communities in India, and doing my own visual research. Throughout this time, my idea of ​​acting was reinforced. I understood that the future is not coming to me but I have to go and take the future by myself. I understood that I had to deal with the past but above all, I had to move and take action in the present. I understood that the meaning of life is what you have done and what you are able to do. During this time I was granted many awards for a documentary shot in Varanasi, India. Then the Pandemic started and a new period of stagnation and reflection followed. After the Pandemic, I felt, even more, the need to act and bring my contribution to the world...It was the moment when I discovered Mindvalley online and I immediately realized that it was not a coincidence and that I found the missing piece in the puzzle of my life. I attended Vishen's Six phase meditation masterclass and immediately acquired the Mindvalley membership. Soon after, I received Ajit's email about the possibility of becoming a Life Coach. I realized that my whole life I had been a Coach under the guise of an anthropologist. By deeply listening to him, I realized that CLC was the most natural channel of keeping doing, keep taking action in this process of discovering myself. So I enrolled and today I am more self-confident, and more courageous and I am sure that I will be able to set up my coaching business in order to inspire and help many people who suffer from the same disease as my sister suffered. And many other people who have challenges in their lives or want to grow. I am sure that I will be able to share my life experience, my skills and my knowledge with them, that I will be able to serve and I am very happy.
