I have been consulting in marketing and business development for over 20 years and wanted to take those skills to a higher, more person-centered level.

The game-changing technique that shifted things for me was refining a way to motivate people by leading them to find their answers as to the what and the why of their specific goals, while providing expert advice on achieving them from a practical standpoint.
