"I freaking loved designing costumes for Mindvalley"

Quick summary

Mari discovered that true learning comes from feeling and being, not just knowing. Surrounded by inspiring people at Mindvalley, they learned to tap into vulnerable emotions through poetry and realized that empowering others is what real leadership looks like.

3 weeks full of experiences, self exploration and amazing people!

Mindvalley is all about learning and these were my biggest take aways:

Learn from people! Surround yourself with people who inspire you cause you become more like them over time. Vishen has inspired me since the first day I met him and I learn so much from him. The way he believes in people, offers them platform, rises them up and supports them. Leaders are those who empower others and I hope he knows how lucky people feel around him

Learn to feel + I loved writing a poetry during Adam Roa session. And actually there was not much learning about poetry but learning to allow yourself to feel. Tapping into your most fragile and vulnerable feelings can be hurtful but beautiful things can blossom from that state. And writing a poem to unload my feelings was such a good therapy Learn to BE not to KNOW. I keep on reminding myself that there is no use of knowledge without the practice. Rather, it is a small step towards changing my actions rather than overloading my head with information. PS: and a little side note: Seeing so many beautiful people so well dressed up made my eyes smile. Seriously, It was like a fashion week! Guess the inside beauty just needs to come out toot. And I freaking loved designing costumes for Mindvalley
