"Mindvalley has enabled me to thrive while being a working mother and wife"

Prior to finding Mindvalley I was struggling to combine meeting my daughter’s medical needs, with being a working mother and wife. I was often in a ‘fight or flight’ state, reacting to each situation and over the years becoming exhausted. In Vishen’s words, “When you hit rock bottom - that is when you make the biggest changes in your life’. When I made the decision to join Mindvalley and start Robin Sharma’s quest, I learned about the power of becoming more strategic and less reactive. I started consciously crafting a life vision with clear goals for my family life, work, health, and emotional well-being. The next natural step was to complete Jon and Missy Butcher’s Lifebook and Lifebook Mastery quests. It was this shift from being reactive to strategic, where I took back some control and started my journey towards emotional resilience. Mindvalley has enabled me to thrive while being a working mother and wife. Inspiring teachers such as Marisa Peer and Jim Qwik have enabled me to become more ambitious and willing to take risks. With Mindvalley all access, every day is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow.
