Mindvalley has completely changed my life in so many ways. I never truly realized how much until now. I have so much to say and not quite sure how to get it out but I am going to try... About 3 years ago I was going through a rough time - I was being mistreated at work, my marriage was not in a good place and felt so utterly defeated and alone. This was strange for me because over the years I have worked really hard to have a positive mindset and tried to view any negative experiences as an opportunity to grow. What I didn't expect was these negative experiences (plus COVID) just kept compounding making it harder to stay positive. After a while, the band-aids and stitches of self-healing started to peel off and pop open. I could no longer contain the massive impact of what was happening to me. I started to fall into a depressed state, super lonely and just losing the fan-loving, happy and positive self. While working on my healing and spiritual awakening journey, I stumbled across Mindvalley... I started with the masterclasses and when Vishen opened the opportunity to All Access, it changed everything. Remember the marriage I was telling you about? The masterclass on Consciou Uncoupling popped up - it made so much sense and gave me hope that we could partway while still maintaining a positive relationship for our son. We decided to officially part ways in Jan. I was relieved as I knew we were no longer comfortable and lacked any passion or quite frankly even friendship. We were cranky roommates. I felt a sense of relief but then quickly started to freak about finances. Money EQ made ab appearance - Ken Honda and Dr. Scott Mills are amazing! I have learned to let go of my negative thoughts about money and now have confidence I can. My memory has also improved immensely - I am kicking butt by the way (Jim Kwik also appeared at the same time and I follow some of his tips). I am now doing Silva Ultramind System taught by our ever own Vishen. and again, wow! If you have not done so already, DO THIS ONE! The Silva Method was the catalyst to Vishen's journey and vision to start Mindvalley. I am so glad and grateful to listen to your instincts and inner-voice, Vishen. You are a one-of-a-kind, magical human being. Words cannot express how much gratitude I have for you, Mindvalley, your tribe and all the amazing teachers.
