Certification expanded my coaching skills beyond what I expected

I've always loved coaching. Throughout my career as an innovation consultant and facilitator, one of the most rewarding parts of my work has been helping leaders think differently, navigate challenges, and unlock their own potential. While my coaching had traditionally been focused on business, strategy, and leadership, I found myself increasingly interested in expanding those skills into broader life coaching. Going into the certification, I honestly thought I already knew quite a bit. I expected to pick up a few new tools and frameworks, but I was pleasantly surprised by how much I learned. The program challenged my assumptions, introduced approaches I hadn't considered before, and gave me practical techniques that I was able to begin applying immediately. One of my favourite parts of the journey was having the opportunity to coach others throughout the program. There is something incredibly rewarding about seeing someone arrive at their own insight, and I found that each coaching conversation helped deepen my own understanding of the material as well. I leave the program feeling more confident, more capable, and genuinely excited to continue developing as a coach. The certification has expanded both my skill set and my perspective, and I know it will make me a better coach for the people I have the privilege of working with. I would wholeheartedly recommend this program to anyone considering it. It exceeded my expectations and has been a truly worthwhile investment in my personal and professional growth. **Please do not publish this story.
