She arrived as a tourist planning to stay on the sidelines, but three weeks felt like three years of transformation. The deep energetic shift she experienced gave her the courage to step up and lead four workshops, expanding far beyond her original comfort zone.
It really changed me deeply. I really totally changed on an energy level, on the behaving level. For me, three weeks feels like three years. I'm not kidding. I've grown so much. I feel it inside and it seems it shows outside.
My first intention was to come as a tourist just to look, not get involved, and play small. And now I've given four different workshops since I arrived. So I really was able to step up out of my comfort zone or better to say: to extend and expand my comfort zone.
