I have been following Mindvalley religiously over the years, especially on health-related quests. Viome seems to be the next level adventure after hearing Naveen's introduction. After years of completing WildFit, Viome seems like the right quest to understand my own personalized nutrition and health scores. After completing the Viome nutrition coaching certification, I gained deeper insights into new health scores and has wider vocabulary on health metrics and how far technology has evolved to measure our health. I am steadily experiencing some positive changes in my body and am better equipped to come up with the right strategies and personalized recommendations from Viome.
