"I couldn't believe it worked"
Lisa used Mindvalley's Mental Screen and visualization techniques to gain clarity about leaving a draining relationship. The methods helped her envision a loving outcome and find the courage to reclaim herself, transforming how she approaches decisions and desires.
Before the program, I was in a relationship that was great in the beginning, but I began to notice over time I was loosing myself by trying to accommodate my partner's feelings, I kept putting his needs in front of my own. When I tried to discuss how I felt, he became the more depressed, needy, a victim. Even though he was so nice, generous, this other side really started to wear me down.
Through the Mindvalley Mental Screen technique, I sent out the question should I stay in this relationship? I practiced this twice, once in the morning and the next before going to bed. By morning, I woke up happy knowing my answer. I had to leave. Each time I practiced the techniques, I became overjoyed at the thought of finding myself again, being on my own. To have time for self-healing. I began searching for places I could move to. Also, by using the 3 scenes technique I began to discover how to gently and with love tell him it was over. I kept envisioning a healthy and loving outcome. And then it happened. OH MY! I couldn't believe it worked. By allowing myself to focus on the positives and ignoring the negatives that would pop into the scenarios, it actually worked.
I am using these techniques for anything I wish for, problem solving, my desires, my happiness and how it would benefit others, I love it!
Thank you Mindvalley for unleashing my own talent.
Thoughts do become real.
