"I learn to love myself more and accept love and help from others"
Starting with free content and Super Reading, Despina discovered a transformative journey through Mindvalley's community. Through the ups and downs, they learned to love themselves more deeply and accept support from others, choosing happiness every day.
It all started with some free videos and masterclasses. I then enrolled in Super Reading quest. Ever since, I keep growing in Mindvalley. It is truly a valley for the mind, mountains and slopes, rivers and flow, rocks and stones but a journey of true transformation with ups and downs. I learn to love myself more and accept love and help from others inside and through MV community. I learn to live happily in a community of like-minded people and grow together as a team. I learn to choose to be happy no matter what. My heart is grateful for MV every day!
