"Mindvalley is a wonderful community"

Before this program and other Mindvalley programs, I flowed through my life by other people's expectations of how I should live my life. Sounds typical, right? Well after my husband passed in September and I was removed from his company, I decided to go on a quest to discover what I was about and how I could make improvements in my life so that I could then best serve my community. As I reached out the universe, things started to shift. Mindvalley appeared. My destiny seemed to be pulling me in to discover the blocks, misguided stories that I told myself throughout my 66 years on this planet and most important how to release them so that would not follow me into my future. A part of this is to really forgive because the messengers of negativity really had no idea what they were doing so how could I still fault them for what I perceived to be me my deficient life. Mindvalley is a wonderful community. Everyone who takes the time to be interviewed is really a gift from the universe. We only have one go around and how we impact those around us is really important. The work starts with us and when we put in the time and do the exercises we quickly elevate our conversations to those around us and we then get to spread good energy. Thank you Mindvalley.
