Qigong became part of my morning routine and transformed my days
Before this program, Qigong was not a regular part of my daily life. I was already practicing mindfulness and meditation, but I wanted to explore a different way of connecting with my body, breath, and energy.
Thanks to this program, I discovered how powerful simple and consistent movement can be. Lee Holden’s Qigong practices taught me to slow down, breathe more consciously, listen to my body, and start my day with greater awareness.
One of the most meaningful changes is that Qigong has now become part of my morning routine. I wake up early and practice Qigong, and I notice that I begin my day feeling calmer, more centered, and more connected with myself.
And now, my life includes Qigong as a practice I want to continue. Completing the program feels less like an ending and more like the beginning of a new habit. My biggest lesson is simple: small practices, repeated consistently, can become meaningful parts of our lives.
The Quest is finished, but my Qigong journey continues. 🌿
