Well, how to start! :0)!

My whole mind, life, everything!!! Began to finally change for the better, in a huge way, after being introduced to Paul McKenna.

I was a Sales Manager at the time, juggling crazy hours on a flexible reduced hours contact as, at this time I was now a Mum of 2 gorgeous boys. My mind though was in total chaos. I was drowning.

That first introduction to Paul was his best seller book, How To Change Your Life in 7 days. At a time when I'd tried so hard to have an ounce of peace inside my head and didn't know what the heck else to do - my head was literally like a cross between a collection of Stephen King novels and spaghetti junction (don't ask!) - I bought Paul's book!

I learned so much from Paul's book - this was my introduction to Changing my whole mind!

I learned so very much in that first training with Paul [...] Paul is just amazing at what he does, I change so much in those, was it 7 days. I remember beforehand thinking there must be something else I can do to help me (I was so lost and almost constantly felt scared and on high alert). When I arrived at Paul's training I realized this was EXACTLY where I needed to be - quite emotional writing this actually.

I also have listened to I can make you confident and more of Paul's work and saw him again at other events where he helped me again. With even huge audiences personal change always happens - amazing! Paul has even visited with a small group I was also studying with on an occasion - he certainly had no need to do that, how cool is that?!

So now I am a very happy self-employed Zumba Instructor, amongst other things and also still a Mum of now 2 teenagers.
