“Quantum Jumping was one of the steps I needed to get back on track.”
Something hurt me very deeply. Because of that I got blocked [and] got very sick. As doctors couldn't help me, I knew I had to do it myself (like so many times before). I was already working with several methods, but couldn't get back to be clear enough in my head to use NLP.
Using Quantum Jumping, brought me right back to NLP... I started timeline [exercises] again. I see Quantum Jumping very much as NLP in another frame. To get in [a] meditation state, I do what I am used [to]... as that works easier [and] faster for myself than the counting. It helps to get some guidance, but I very fast go my own way… just as I did when I followed a [three-year] therapist course.
Quantum Jumping was one of the steps I needed to get back on track. All techniques have their place. You have to use the right technique at the right time… Depending where someone is, Quantum Jumping can be helpful/very helpful/just crazy :)
What was good for me about Burt: he went on starting new things/going deeper into it [until] the age of… (something I appreciate about Bob Proctor as well). Life isn't over after the age my father died/my mother retired [and] my "xyz" wished that I died. I have the right to move on, take a new start…
